Perhaps they just don't have good take-out in Atlanta? This magnificent European-style palace, soon to be featured on HGTV's "Million Dollar Rooms," has seven full kitchens.
No, I can't imagine why either, except that this place screams "let's have a party," and what's a party if not with good eats?
This 40,000-square-foot home in Atlanta just had a price shave of $2.6 million and is now listed at $19.9 million. Built in 2008, the home has a recording studio, a hair and nail salon, a theater and a cigar room. Along with nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, there's also a ballroom, resort-style courtyard pool with mosaic tiles, and two gyms. The estate sits on two acres.
Completing the palatial effect are the grand stairway, marble floors, elaborate chandeliers and formal rooms.
Mark Bhaggan of Atlanta Fine Homes, Sotheby's International Realty, is brokering the home.
